STSPIN32G4 custom board with iaua200n04s5n010auma1 MOSFET

I have designed a custom board based on STSPIN32G4 schematic but with an automotive mosfet (iaua200n04s5n010auma1).

Everything works except that the controller enters an IDLE STATE and STOP STATE every time I tried to run the motor.

Does this have to do with the internal Mosfet gate driver?

The controller now works normally if i remove the gate resistor of the mosfets. But i need to know if the controller can drive this mosfets and what is the right gate resistor value?

I have changed the value of the gate resistors and the controller doesn't work. It goes to a stop state and an idle state.
