Used NUCLEO-F303RE and IHM08M1 can't keep power output when speed down.

Hellow all,

I used NUCLEO-F303RE and IHM08M1 to control my bldc motor. And used MC workbench to create my code. Motor control with Torque mode.

At first It's normal but when I increase force more, motor can't keep output power. Speed and current will drop until motor can't rotate(motor will shake).

How can I keep the low speed still output same power?​
