Winding Order / Commutation Issue with FOC (with UVW and UVW ENABLE)

I have a MC SDK project which works a treat, unless I reorder the windings on my motor.  It's configured for UVW / EN because that's how my driver works.  (TI DRV8311SA)

The motors for my production build are a different phase order than I have been developing on.  Is it possible for me to reorder UVW in software so that my commutation is correct?  U and W need to be swapped physically for the motor to work.  Ideally this mapping would be changeable in the software somewhere?

Of course, you will be able to change pinout orders according to your motor but without proper encoder alignment 3 phase mis ordering just effects rotation way CW or CCW so change encoder AB or check Hall sensors order than decide your way.
