ZeST - any information on availability or implementation?

We're currently starting with a motor project where sensorless zero-speed startup with max torque will be highly beneficial.
I found that there's an algorithm from ST called "ZeST", though I can't really find any relevant information on that.

When will this algorithm be available? Where can I find information about its specifications, usage and implementation?
