Can VABT supply be higher than VDD ?

I am developing an battery operatoad device, but at most of other IC are opearting form 1.8V that I would like to run STM32 from 1.8V as well. But batttery will be 3V, as other things need 3V as well. So qusetion is - can I connect VBAt to 3V battery and VDD to 1.8V supply ?
Didn't found anything in datasheets that would not allow this, but just want to be sure.
MCU is STM32L476.
