no, this tool is intended for SFI - secure firmware install. It's quite different from the SBSFU.

SFI is a process used in OEM manufacturing, where the HSM is used to securely program the device in not entirely trusted manufacturing site of a contractor.

SBSFU is intended as a template for patch/firmware update delivery for products in the field, by the end user of the device, or automated using cloud technology. No HSM is involved in SBSFU.
