I'm registered at the workshop which will take place on 12th of November but I still didn't received any boards, is there a tacking number available or how can I find out if my parcel is still on the way?

I will try to contact our mail service, but I have a few question which can speed up the process:

1. What was the delivery date mentioned by DHL?
2. Is there another tracking number (ex. 10 digit number which DHL web site is asking for)? I get the following screen when accessing the link from your message.

1. There was no confirmed date by DHL.
2. I get this message using the reference code CR743570922DE

and link to https://www.posta.md/ro/tracking

I will ask local DHL in Germany to check on their side too.

Hello Roman.

I checked the tracking number on the postal web site and the last event is on 27 October, the day when it left Germany. I also called at the postal office and the claimed that delivery can be prolonged with almost a week because of covid. Will it be possible to register on one of the next workshops, when I will receive the boards?
