Does the BOOT0 pin have any use when using SBSFU?

Assuming that the MCU has the Secure Services feature (Secure Boot), does the BOOT0 pin have any use? My understanding is that the application in the secure bootloader would decide its entry point rather than using the addresses specified by the BOOT0 pin.

I was able to find the information I needed in the "Boot State Machine" section of the reference manual.
