Late confirmation and no HW delivered for WS on 2nd of July - switching to other WS possible?

I’ve registered more than 2 weeks ago but haven’t received the HW yet. The workshop is supposed to be tomorrow.

Can you tell me, when the board is delivered?

Is it possible to switch to the workshop on 9th of July?
