my stm32wb55 nucleo board have error and I can't connect it to stm32Programmer after I changed RDP flag from AA to CC . Is my board broken?

RDP Level Two is not reversible, even if you did it by mistake.

I'd expect the board will have whatever firmware you put on it last.
