STM32F303VCT6 ADC4 Ch4(PB14) not working properly with Readout protection On

When i use STM32F303VCT6 ADC4 Ch4(PB14) without readout protection, it works good, i receives value 0 - 4096, as expected.

But after Readout protection become On, value from ch4 adc4 i receives always is 0 - 3, not more
