X-CUBE-SBSFU software is still in status Validating.

I sent a request to download X-CUBE-SBSFU on Monday 09:38 (>24h) and the status is still Verifying. The course is tomorrow (30 sept). Is there any chance to speed it up?

It seems to cause a lot of people problems, me included (thats why I came here..) Why not just include the damn thing in the rest of the software package for the workshop? since it is for the workshop you know exactly the application and project and so on, and that it is not for military use.. you already have all the answers for the request for so why not just skip it?!

This is due to legal issue and control export...We need a formal feedback. Unfortunately, we have some issue with our delivery process and investigated it.
