Auto-Hiding Taskbar in Windows Not Appearing Over Full-Screen Designer

Could you please make the auto-hiding taskbar in Windows accessible (mouse hits the screen edge) when the Designer is in full-screen mode ?

You can also press the windows key to display the taskbar.

I find the auto-hiding taskbar rather unreliable in Windows 11.

Right now, it's not working with Excel!
