Did you try to install the latest release TouchGFX DESIGNER (v 4.24.1)? 

Is this issue was also faced with latest release ?

Which Windows version do have on your PC?
If possible, share the log file that contains the message and steps when you use the tool, during TouchGFX Designer startup, connection to servers.
The logs of TouchGFX Designer are contained inside C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\TouchGFX-<version>\TouchGFXDesigner.log.
