Copying a screen from one Touch GFX project to another in Touch GFX designer

Hi,

I am trying to copy the screen from one Touch GFX designer project to another, but i am unable to do so.

Is it really possible to do it, because creating the same screen which is already available in another project is tiresome work.

Can you please suggest?

Thanks

Nagaraj

Hello @Nagaraj1,

Unfortunately, that's not possible in TouchGFX Designer for the moment.

You either can import the full GUI of another project, by clicking "Edit > Import > GUI", or you can export a custom container of a project, by right-clicking the container and selecting "Export", and import it in another project by clicking "Edit > Import > Custom Container"

FYI, we are aware of the high need of this and are thinking to add this single-screen project export feature in a future version of TouchGFX Designer.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
