GfxDesigner: changing a parameter by scrolling the mouse wheel

Dear Gfx Team

In addition to current implementation, could you please implement changing the parameter also
1  using the keyboard arrow up/down keys and the mouse wheel in popup list.
2  by hovering over the parameter and scrolling the mouse wheel
