How to create a slider with 2 indicators and 2 background images

Hi all,

I would like to create a custom slider with 2 indicators of the lock when they lock vs. unlock and 2 background image text with Lock and Unlock texts.

I similar like a toggle button, but it actions like a slider; once it goes to the left is locked and right is unlocked.

Is there anyway I can achieve this?
