It's only been half an hour since your first post!

Remember that this is an international forum - not everyone is even awake at this time of day.

Also, it's a community forum - most participants are not ST employees.

If you want direct support from ST, see: https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/support/support-home.html

If you're not getting answers to your question, the first thing is to check whether your question is clear and complete enough for people to understand & reply - see:

How to write your question to maximize your chances to find a solution

Did you look at the examples on the X-NUCLEO-GFX01M2 Product Page:

https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/x-nucleo-gfx01m2.html#tools-software

PS:

The SPI NOR Flash on the X-NUCLEO-GFX01M2 is documented in the User Guide - starting on page 11:

See also the schematics:

https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/x-nucleo-gfx01m2.html#cad-resources

From there, you can find details of the memory chip:

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Hello @AnanD55_kmwt ,

We are doing our best to support all of you. Please understand that it may take some time to assist everyone. As mentioned by @Andrew Neil , we are a community, and everyone is welcome to help :)

Regarding your question, I am not sure I fully understand your issue. Are you asking how we handle flashing the external display memory in TouchGFX?

Ok, I'll close this thread now. If you require help for your project on your different board, you're welcome to ask in the community :)
As a good practice, we recommend to give as much info as you can if you open a new thread so it's easier for us to assist.
