TouchGFX no internet connection

I still have the same issues since a few releases of TouchGFX also in the new release that i can not download the boards or any demo or so out of the software. What is the reason to this? I tried a lot of things but it wont work. So is there any solution to that issue? Thanks a lot for the Help.

Add TouchGFX to the allowed list of your firewall/antivirus. If you're behind a corporate proxy, TouchGFX might not automatically detect it.

I have checked it but the firewall is not blocking it. And I do not use a proxy. But even if I choos no proxy at the setting the connection fails.

Do you have a red triangle at the top of your TouchGFX Designer?

You can fix that in "File" => "Settings" => "Set proxy":
