functional safety package for STM32: X-CUBE-STL: Is WLxx included?

I would like to know if the STM32 WLxx is supported by X-CUBE-STL.

Because at this site
https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/ecosystems/functionalsafety.html#functionalsafety-resources
in the table below at the line RPN "X-CUBE-STL" the WL is part of the list of Supported devices

but not in the linked document of "X-CUBE-STL":

The X-CUBE-STL is available for the STM32WL. But only upon signing an NDA. Please contact your local distributor or the local office of STMicroelectronics for more details.
