yes i have tried all the approaches but still getting the same problem

In particular:

• What version of CubeProgrammer are you using?
• What OS is it running on?

i am using CubeProgrammer version 3 and windows os

The latest version available is 2.21.0 ?

What Windows version? 32 or 64 bit?
