for the board : NUCLEO-WB05KZ : Can I program this board with arduino IDE? 

If you have simple tutorial codes for BLE to get you started, please let me know.

Hello @ljm and welcome to the ST Community. 

For now, the STM32WB05 series is not yet supported by the STM32Duino.

You can use the STM32CubeIDE V1.17.0, CubeMX V6.13.0 and the STM32CubeWB0 stack.
