STM32WB55 Ble Configuration

Hi, 
I am using the STM32WB55CCU6 base custom board. In that board i am not using LSE crystal oscillator (32.768Khz). Is it possible if i can run my BLE application without the LSE?
Please provide your suggestion in as soon as possible.
