We need to design a custom board for LoRa 923MHz network.

I have read the AN5457 provides the example for 923MHz network. (A.1.6)

But I can't find RF Power Amplifier Impedance & LNA (Differential) Input Impedance for UFQFPN48 package @923MHz.

Could you please give me those data of this package and this frequency?

The AN5457 should give details about gives details about how to calculate those parameters for each Package and frequency. You should follow the instructions mentioned there.
