Time Sensitive Networking (STN) on STM32WB

Hello everyone,

do ST actually plan to support STN (Time Sensitive Networking) on their wireless products ?

For industrial applications this would probably be an interesting alternative to Profibus if it is robust enough :)

Greetings,

Andreas

Hello @AndreasC

For now, Our STM32 product does not Support the Time Sensitive Networking (TSN). There is not any current plan to implement this feature. I think this will be confirmed ones we have a wireless product with a support for ethernet protocol.

Best Regards.

Hi,

I design time sensitive communication apps.

What do you mean when you say 'network'? Is that wide-area like internet, or local?

When you say wireless, what distance, standards to meet?

When you say time, is that mS, uS?

Kind regards
Pedro
