BUG: CubeMx don't generate divider for cortex system timer

When set divider by 8 for cortex system timer, Cube doesn't generate properly code like below:

 

HAL_SYSTICK_CLKSourceConfig(SYSTICK_CLKSOURCE_HCLK_DIV8)
