Console output to text file

I am using NUCLEO-F401RE board with X-NUCLEO-IKS01A3 extension board for a pedometer application. The sensor data from board is displayed on Command Shell Console in STM32CubeIDE but want this data is text or csv file for further analysis. Can somebody help me with this?
