CubeMX DSP BUG

[ALO9611]

在使用CubeMX生成Makefile工程文件时，在Mid中间件选项中选择“X-CUBE_ALGOBUILD”选项，并添加DSP Library，但是在最后的生成的项目文件中并没哟dsp.lib文件，应该是一个bug，望修复
