STM32CubeMX version '6.7.0' is the current STM32CubeMX stand-alone version. 6.6.1 is integrated in the current STM32CubeIDE. Don't ask me why. Use/install STM32CubeMX stand-alone until IDE catches up.

thanks very much, they don't have any suggestion to change manually cubemx app newer version to work with cubeide?

Oh, there is STM32CubeIDE 1.11.0 (compatible with STM32CubeMX 6.7.0) which you can download, but it is not (yet?) found if you want to update an installed STM32CubeIDE 1.10.1.
