The functionality of CubeMX is now included in CubeIDE ...

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

There can be regional limitations about where some tools/products can be downloaded.

The problem is downloading from the site. I also tried downloading the Cube IDE and got the same problem.

in the light of @Tesla DeLorean 's reply, you might want to state your location.

Also, what Browser are you using? Have you tried a different one?

I'm in the Middle East, yes I tried with Firefox and Google Chrome

Russia, Iran and North Korea would likely be a problem, an engineer in Pakistan was reporting an issue yesterday.

Can be a temporary CDN issue or the "logon issue".

Try to log in from the main st.com page. Then search STM32CubeMX while you are logged in, and go to downloads.
