Process Frozen after clicking CubeMX GENERATE CODE

Hi,

    After configuring NUCLEO-H753ZI using CubeMX, I clicked "GENERATE CODE", the process started for a few seconds, then totally frozen with no progress, no end.

    What I should do now? Thanks,

Which STM32CubeMX version are you using? Please download and use the latest STM32CubeMX  6.14.0 version. 

To check the issue, could you share the ioc file?
