STM32CubeMX 6.14.1 Warning without comment

Hello STM32 developers,

I'm using STM32CubeMX 6.14.1 and an STM32U5G7VJTx.

When clicking :Generate Code" a Warning popup appears without comment.

What can be the problem?

I attached the ioc file.
