Could you please try to delete \.stm32cubemx folder and check! 

Otherwise, could you check if some antivirus/firewall is activated?

i7-12700H 2.30 GHz，64-bit operating system, x64-based processor STM32CubeMX-6.14.1After the first installation, you can open it once, close it and it will not open
