STM32H7S78-DR code can't be generated in CubeMX

Hello everybody,

I am trying to generate a project for the STM32H7S78 using the latest version of STM32CubeMX. However, when I click on "Generate Code", the process stops at "Copying library files" and does not proceed any further.

I usually work with IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM (v9.40.2), but I also tried using STM32CubeIDE, and the issue occurs there as well.

Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?
