AEK-POW_BMS63EN : Fault pin is not being high

Dear Community members,

In an SPC582b-discovery example code, i modified configuration to set over voltage threshold 3.4 v. While 

all the cells in stack is over than 3.4 but the Fault pin in board is not being high.
