Hello,   I installed AutoDevKit Studio today and trying to create the AEK-COM-10BASET project from it.   Basically there is no option to create / start the AEK-COM-10BASET from AutoDevKit.   Also I tried to run Help > Install New Software > Work with http://autodevkit.spc5studio.com/ > Choose AEK-COM-10BASET > install the module.   Even I tried couple of times it always fails due to unknown reason. After Fetching children step, the SW says "Cannot perform operation.", the SW tries to install some modules, and finally nothing is improved. Still I cannot start any AEK-COM-10BASET project.   If I try to install the SW modules for AEK-COM-10BASET, it says below error message.   And stucks here, I cannot move further. No AEK-COM-10BASET related menu items / projects are found, I cannot start.   I want to get the AEK-COM-10BASET project source code, change something and do some of my own tests. Any help / comment are appreciate

i'm using SPC58EC80E5 in that pin number 28 TX and 29 RX , in low level drivers configuration i dont know which MCAN to be select please help me and also if i want to configure any other CAN ,which MCAN i should select. below is my configuration screenshot check it .

Evaluating the L9963E BCC chip for a BMS design, using the AEK_POW_BMSNOTX eval board together with AEK-MCU-C4MLIT1 (spc58ec) running the example BMS application as reference but seeing some odd results in the cell voltage readings.All readings are a bit low compared to actual cell voltage, but cell1 and cell14 are off by a fairly large amount.What could be causing this?cell1 & cell14 reading off by 0.5vcell2 to cell13 reading off by about 0.1vCell1 reading seems to improve if the HotPlug selection jumper is mounted. But not cell14.

Good morning!I've been working in a project whose purpose is communicate AEK-MCU-C1MLIT1 board and AEK-COM-ISOSPI1 through SPI/isoSPI protocols. At first, I've tried to apply the hardware configurations and script as mentioned in the user manual(UM3187) to exchange 512 bytes between two devices through isoSPI, however I don’t know how reliable the results in debug step are to assure this communication is working properly. Another detail that I've noticed is about disable pin, which stay always turned on, mainly when I select configuration as “micro” in  AEK-COM-ISOSPI1 Component RLA > Application Cofiguration. What should I do to enable AEK-COM-ISOSPI1 board?About the wire connections, I used as reference the board view within AutoDevKit Studio. I’d like to know if there is some connection that is missing, especially about the ISOm e ISOp signals, because the board view doesn’t show if I should to connect the USB port on the computer to debug step, for instance.

hi community  i am using  "AEK-AUD-C1D9031"  board. in this board i had flashed  .WAV files and i had played. the wave files are played using an example code given in the autodevkit. i used an API playsound() this one will give good sound when i had used playsoundwithgain() -> the gain with range (15,17) the sound quality was good with decent amount of volume. but hear i want to control the volume  (0db - 75db),but by using playsound() and playsoundwithgain() i am unable to control the volume( the sound will be very noise when i had used gain in range of ( (0-14) and (17- so...on) ). so is there any alternatives to control the volume of the sound.   hear is the pic of the function which i had used.

Hello, I have been trying to make the AEK-MCU-LNK work with my SPC56 discovery board with OPENOCD (I reached a dead end trying to make the .cgf files). So I have two questions:1.- I understand that the AEK-MCU-LNKU works with this SPC56 family using UDE. Is that true?2.- I saw in another post (https://community.st.com/t5/automotive-mcus/stellarlink-vs-spc5-udeskt/td-p/64794) in the last answer, that AEK-MCU-LNK with the UDE driver should work with SPC56 family. Hi Team,i am working in the daisy chaining bmscctx and bmscc using a Pi MCU. I was able to get the values using only bmscctx.now i am having issue when i connect the bmscc also.the problem i find is in the user manual3185, the figure for daisy chain is given as:and it says to connect ISO Hp to ISO Lm of the next node (that is opposite polarity).but when i looked in the L9963E datasheet, it is given as :Here ISO HP is connected to ISO LP (that is same polarity)so my doutb is which among the above should i follow. And due to this i think my values after daisy chain is not displayed.My second node is not assigning as my daisy chain is not configured correctly.( i am using mcu as pi btw)Thank You.  

Dear community,I am currently working with the SPC58 E-Line processor placed in the mother daughter evaluation board.I am using the AEK-MCU-SPC5LNK with OpenOCD. The reference manual for the E-Line is similar o the G-Line. I have only found the SVD file for the G-Line, so I therefore thought, that using this SVD file could work. I'm working on a battery management system using an STM32F302 going to an AEK-COM-ISOSPI1 dev board using the L9963T transcevier which is daisy-chained to 10 AEK-POW-BMS63EN boards using the L9963E chip.The problem that I'm having is that when I send a message over the ISO SPI lines, it adds an additional 0 before it sends the message.I have attached two messages that show the leading 0 bit that is added. msg 0x55 55 55 55 55 and msg 0xFF 00 FF 00 FF. SPI settings are8 bits frame MSB first Baud rate 1000 kbits/secCPOL lowCPHA 2 edgeCRC Disabled How would I go about removing the leading zero from the message? Any help would be greatThanks

Hello team,I am using the GUI demo (single) for BMSCCTX and C4MINI with 4 LFP Batteries. I have followed the steps described by @ritehracingteam in this thread.After I run the program from the AutoDevKit Studio, my D9 and D2 LED are lit up and D8(Blue) is blinking. D7 remains turned off. Which according to the documentation means SPI is not working.I made sure Hotplug connection is made and the pin configuration is correct, also checked all the connections.Is there something I might be missing?Regards,Zen

Hi team,I have seen example of C4MINI1 daisy chaining BMSCCTX with BMSCC which is working fine.I have 2 BMSCCTX, so i was wondering that i can connect 2 BMSCCTX for daisy chaining with C4MINI1.But i have noticed that in the datasheet of CCTX, the daisy chain receiving pins are not mounted inside,(which is mounted for BMSCC only. So does it mean i cant use 2 BMSCCTX as node and use dual access configuration?Can anyone explain about this please.Thank You.

During runtime, the Program Counter appears to be stuck in a loop, and I am unable to identify the exact location of the hang. Could you provide guidance on how to troubleshoot this? Hello,In the AEK-POW-BMSCHAIN example code, I see high-level APIs like: AEK_POW_BMS63EN_GetModule() AEK_POW_BMS63EN_init()But in my AutoDevKit installation, only low-level chain APIs (AEK_POW_BMS63CHAIN_*) are available.Could you clarify:Are the high-level AEK_POW_BMS63EN APIs included in the public AutoDevKit package?If not, are they only available via partner/NDA packages?Should regular users implement high-level functionality using only the low-level APIs?Thanks!

Hi team,I am trying to run BMSCCTX using Pi as MCU. 1. I read the L9963 E and L9963 T datasheets. i found that any 8 bit message wakes up the BMS , i tried sending sample messages like 8 bit zeros and was able to turn on d2 led of bms.if the wake up is done correct, bms should return a default frame of 0x0000000016. But i am not getting it and after 1 min it goes to sleep mode. when i run a code, D2, D8 and D9 lights up, but D7 - for spi is not blinking.2. I also have one more doutb, inside the bms, the L9963 T converts 4 pin spi to 2 pin ISOp and ISOm pins which goes to L9963E as ISOLp_SDI and ISOLm_NCS.Does the output of the L9963 E comes from the same? as it is bidirectional. Or ISOHp and ISOHm are the output pins for L9963E?? 3. If I am using only one BMSCCTX, to get the replies from E should i loopback connect ISOL pins with ISOH pins?4. In AEK-MCU-C4MINI sample projects i see the pins-TXEN, DIS, BNE, ISOAm, ISOFreq are connected as GPIOswhereas i am using Pi and ha

Hi team,I was looking through the steps in the configuration of the sample project: AEK-MCU-C4MINI- AEK_POW_BMSCCTX_GUI_Application for discovery.i made my configurations of the cells as per my project and after allocating the setup, it shows the hardwar connections too.Then it shows to edit the pins in pin map editor which i didn't understand. It says to unassign the allocated pins and copy contents and paste but i didnt understand why we do this and how to do this.( From Step 31 of UM3185 manual). Can someone explain this in detail for me to understand... Thank you.

Dear ST,As you can see from the title we have issues with our SPI connection to the BMS board. We wired everything properly to the BMS connector, checked all the connections, on the MCU-C4mini shorted the JP pins (JP1 and JP2 and JP3 1-2, JP4,JP5,JP12,JP13).We also flashed the pre-built project from AutoDevkit studio (AEK-MCU-C4MINI - AEK_POW_BMSCCTX_GUI_application for discovery) to the MCU.Followed all the steps.We didn't connect any thermistors, and we only have 4, 3.2V LiFePo4 batteries.On the BMS, only the LEDS D2, D8(Blue) and D9 were lit up ~~ we assume the SPI connection is not being established correctly. We hooked up the SPI lines to a osciloscope, please find attached our readings. If needed I can also send a additional osciloscope reading picture.The yellow line is supposed to be the CLK line, we measured from the tiny peak to peak freq of 5MHz, the freq of the whole clock frame was 10kHz.Please advise how to continue with troubleshooting.  Best regards,Gabri
