ST-Link GDB server exe

my antivirus program deleted the file st-link gdb server.exe so i can not debug right now is there a way i can download that file

The installation never creates the ST_LINK_gbdserver.exe for me either.  The folder it is supposed to be in is there, just the executable is missing.  I have tried uninstalling everything, turning off all antivirus and firewall protections during the re-install, but no dice.  The executable file never appears.  I have tried independently installing the ST_LINK software with the .msi file, but that does not work either (again with all antivirus turned off).

Installed ST32CubeIDE on my personal computer and everything works fine.  ST_LINK_gbdserver.exe won't install on my work computer because of some admin restriction.
