Hello, I am facing a problem, I am working on BlueNRG-tile (STEVAL-BCN0002V1B). For that I have download the SDK. In that there are so many examples have been given. One of them is BLESensorDemo. Now I want to work with this example. So I need to do some modification in that. And I have open that project in the AttolicTrueStudio. But, It is not able to compile it is giving error like (arm-atollic-eabi-size: 'BLE_SensorDemo': No such file) while building. Can you please let me know that how to solve it?

I have nucleo idb05a2 on board re401. i have compiled sensorDemo_BLEsensor-App. it work with Galaxy bluetooth 5.0 and not work with Honor bluetooh 4.2.Then i change name from "BlueNRG" to "TestBlue" (compiled and write) but still appired "blueNRG" string in bluetooth found devices. how it it possible?

Hi, I am trying to use a X-NUCLEO-BNRG2A1 with a NUCLEO-L476RG .I have used projects of X-CUBE-BLE2 with STM32Cube IDE. When I use sampleApp and SensorDemo_BLESensor-App it work, but Virtual_COM_Port doesn't. The project successfully built and uploaded into the MCU, however no Com port appears and neither does bluetooth, it does not do anything.Even if I copy directly the binary file into the "NUCLEO" device I see in Computer directly without using STM32Cube IDE, it doesn't work.Any help would be appreciated.

When a central device bonds with my peripheral, I check the public address of the connecting/bonding device and store it for later use. I was expecting that aci_gap_get_bonded_devices would return the address of any bonded devices, but the address(es) retrieved by aci_gap_get_bonded_devices do not match the address values of connecting devices. How are you supposed to make sense of the address(es) returned via aci_gap_get_bonded_devices?How can I compare a connecting device's address against the address(es) returned via aci_gap_get_bonded_devices?

Hello everyone,I have a small problem with my shield, the S2LP, when I start a transmission while waiting for an interrupt on my GPIO_0 (interrupt at low state), it sometimes never happens and my timeout is then called after 10 seconds, which is normally good enough to send the whole frame.I made some modifications and after several searches, I noticed that the problem came in part from the change from SDN to 0 (to wake up the S2LP) :In the documentation of the spirit it is stated that I normally have to wait 500us for its wake-up, but here as you can see, yet it has 1.5ms! to wake up.I have some times, problems sending data, but only after I wake-up my board (Nucleo - G070),after a send fail and if my board don't return in the standby mode I can send, what I want.Thanks for reading,Quentin.

Hi everyone, I'm working on a project where I interface the micro STM32F746ZGT6 with a CMOS sensor to acquire images. What I wanted to do is then transmit them using an HDMI connector but I don't understand which communication pins of the micro I could use. I only find an HDMI-CEC for control, nothing for parallel transmission. Any solution?

I'm using the BlueNRG-M2 connected to a Nucleo-L031K6 board. It looks like the V1.0 of the BlueNRG-MS software pack isn't compatible with my Nucleo board. I get an error when I try to download the BlueNRG-MS pack. Should I be trying a different one?Is there some page, documentation or tutorial that shows the proper way to get the BlueNRG-M2 project setup properly?Thanks,Richard

Hi, I am new to the BlueNRG family and have been struggling to find the currently recommended development environment. I read that the STM32cube environment does not support it, so I have downloaded the last Atollic version (9.3). This does seem to successfully compile the example BlueNRG projects, but I cannot start a debug session with the STLINK V2, which gives error "Reason: ST-LINK: Could not verify ST device! Abort connection."I have experimented with openocd unsuccessfully (invalid command name "WriteDP").I am however hopeful that I have a valid hardware setup as the BlueNRG ST Link Utility seems to successfully connect to the target).Please can someone advise a fix to any of the routes I've already tried, or let me know if some other avenue is the current recommendation for developing code on this family.Many thanks,James

Hey STI am building an application that has two power sources, one USB-C (27W) with the STUSB4500 controller, and an optional DC input.Because the GPIO or attach pins can be open drain, theoretically they could be used to contrl a second FET on the power path of the DC input. Do you guys think the STUSB4500 could handle this?Also, because the two inputs would be joined, to block revers current, would the STUSB4500 support a back to back FET configuration for the SNK MOSTFET?The power supply's do not need to be uninterruptible, so switching time is not an issue.The two power souses will not be present at the same time.Blue - current path when USB-C cable is plugged in, and sourcing powerRed - current path of DC connector, no USB-C plug present The on board MCU will use I2C to comunicate with the 4500, if the attach pin could be used to switch the power path of the DC input, that should make is so when a usbc cable is plugged in, the DC input is disabledThanksJonas

Now the issue concluded to the source of issue. The value of Dtata is 0x38 but its not getting transfered to TFR. Running into lots of problems getting the BLUENRG-M2 to work standalone. When I hook up the expansion board (BNRG2A1), everything works, but not with this chip on my PCB. Verified power and signal wires. Every connection seems fine and I was able to flash the firmware v3.2.0 using the flasher utility via SWD just fine to the BLUENRG-M2.Any thoughts?

I'm using the SPBTLE-1S BlueNRG-1 module on a custom PCB with a STM32L4R9ZI MCU. The SPBTLE-1S module and the main MCU are connected trough SPI. The SPBTLE-1S module can be flashed with various firmwares provided by ST. Which one should i choose? I would like to have it compatible with the code generated by the X-CUBE-BLE1 pack on CubeMX.

Hello, Does anyone know if there is any SPI Flash memory reference source codes available for BlueNRG-2?Our device has additional SPI type NOR flash for file system extension but I couldn’t figure out how to configure it for BlueNRG-2.BlueNRG DK just provides a common SPI source code not for SPI Flash. Where to locate missing header files for VL53L0X API?Hi allI am currently trying to integrate the VL53L0X sensor to a STM32L053 discovery board using CubeMX and Cube IDE, but I haven't had the best of luck...I am inexperienced regarding the integration of sensors and I2C.I have downloaded the API and API user manual. I have read the datasheet for the VL53L0X which only seems to provide me with two addresses for reading and writing (0x52 and 0x53). The datasheet seem to rely on the API library provided by ST, making it hard (or impossible for a newbie such as myself) to integrate otherwise.Now my issue is: after downloading the API and including all c-files and header-files provided under the API folder (core and platform) I am unable to build the project and get an error message that the windows.h, Windows.h and SERIAL_COMMS.h files do not exist.I do not understand why windows.h is needed, but it seems to complicate issues when I try to remove the #include. Hello, My Problem is ; i can't extract properly the APPEUI from inucleo LRWAN1 ( there is no stickers on module)I tried many times to communicate with AT commands but i have issue with it. I configure terminal Tera Term ( 115200 bauds) I tried with widows' command ( good for EUI) but i receive 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 for APP EUI ( this is not correct for a TTN' application).I followed the UM2587 document.ThanksJérémy

Hi,I am using a BLUENRG-M2 module as a Network Processor (controller) and an STM32L4 MCU as a host.I am using some sensors, and I want to do periodic measurements (e.g every 5 min) and put the host in SLEEP mode (while not measuring) and l want the device to stay connectable all the time. Is this possible ? if so, how can I do it ? otherwise what can I do to reduce power consumption in this case ?
