Hi @CHarr.1​ , as described in the datasheet p.11. The first three rows are the current consumption of the ISM330DLC device with gyro in sleep and axl working, the next row both gyro and axl in sleep condition, and the last row the turn-on time (the wake-up time is a little faster than the power on time, but are the same order of magnitude).
