bias, Drift, scale factor etc in iNemo Accelerometers and Gyros..

Hello..

I want to wirte a procedure for initial alignment of iNemo V1, using Kalman Filter, how come i know or measure the errors in Accelerometer and gyors (like Bias, Drift, Scale factor and nonorthgonality etc...), if someone has done inital alignment please help me..
