BlueCoin with Smartmic1 distribution

Hey,

I'm testing the way BlueCoin is working with FP-AUD-SMARTMIC1 distribution. I used this guide to connect and start working:

http://www.st.com/content/ccc/resource/sales_and_marketing/presentation/product_presentation/group0/5b/24/f1/b4/bf/14/4a/19/FP-AUD-SMARTMIC1_Quick_start_guide/files/fp-aud-smartmic1_quick_start_guide.pdf/jcr:content/translations/en.fp-aud-smartmic1_quick_start_guide.pdf

The problem is: when I try to start a session with the tool available in this distribution (GUI or CLI), it fails with a ping error, even though the com port i'm using is available and seeable. Does anyone have any ideas here?

Also Online Support of ST is not working (cookies problem ) - is there any other way to get support from ST?

Thanks ,

Natasha

    Hello Natasha,

I am dealing with the same problem.

When I run the CLI distribution on my PC, it works fine.

However, on my RasPi 2 and Jetson TX2, it stops at ping error.

Have you made it work yet?

    Thanks,

    Trung.

    Hi Natasha.

I run the script from https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47480214/connect-usb-scale-in-ubuntu-cdc-acm-says-failed-to-set-dtr-trs

    And it works.

    Hope it help.

    Thanks,

    Trung.
