Can anybody help with info about AIS328DQTR construction, cross-section?

I am a mechanical engineer and need to build 3D model of AIS328DQTR.

I need to understand how it is designed from the inside in order to make a reliability assessment.

A cross section of the package with dimensions would be highly appreciated.
