Hello,

I haven't personally seen many GPS modules as Arduino shields (here is an example:

  ), but nothing limits you from buying an Arduino expansion board shaped protoboard and solder a GPS module on that. Here a is breadboard version:

 . You could take the module and create your own expansion board. Custom board has the advantage that you wire the pins as you need and avoid conflicts before you power everything up.
