can FP-SNS-DATALOG1 output real-time data by usb?

i would like to output my sensor data by USB, it seems that is it places into a .dat file but how is it encoded ? or it is possible to get the value directly?

    If I well understand, the question is about how data are saved in the .dat file, right?

    If so, you can refer to the paragraph 2.6.5. of the User Manual UM2688.
