Can I scan data and discover device at the same time? BlueNRG-MS

Hi guys, I am using the BlueNRG GUI to play with the BlueNRG motherboard with daughter board on it. I set the GAP role to peripheral and observer, my question is, can I scan device and advertise data at the same time?
