Can the output of 3-axis iis3dwb vibration sensor be 0g when staying on the table?  Please advise. Thanks!

yes, you can have all 3 axis of accelerometer at 0 g (or a rather similar value, due to noise), by enabling the High Pass filter in register CTRL8_XL(17h)

you can check the datasheet on page 36.
