Hi @JPale​ , in general yes, you can put con-formal coating on ST inertial sensors. No worry about the temperature of deposition for an epoxy if below 125°C (consider that the temperature peak during the solder phase is much higher). However, you should keep care of the residual mechanical stress on the package. You have to try to depose uniformly the epoxy resin under a not too high temperature. To avoid possible inaccuracies, if possible for you should test the device before the coating deposition, then after this treatment and check the residual offset: you will compensate it using the registers 73h, 74h, 75h of LSM6DSM.
