Can you please tell me what IMUs have these top marks: SR010, SR919. I think they're in a 2.5mm x 3mm package.
The top line has the SR. Then there's a 3D barcode, then the number 010 or 919.

Hi @DVarg.2 , you are right, the package dimension is that one. The device is a LSM6DSR. Please note that for ST IMU a standard marking codification is XXYZZ, where XX is the IMU part number, Y the last number of the LOT year and ZZ the year's week of the LOT. For example:
- SR010 means LSM6DSR from week 10 '20 LOT.
- SR919 means LSM6DSR from week 19 '19 LOT.
- SO008 means LSM6DSO from week 08 '20 LOT.
