Changing AIS2IH settings on the fly

Hi,

We are intending to use AIS2IH for one of our projects.

We would like to change some settings while the device is running and see their effects on the performance/power consumption, in order to decide the best settings for our purpose.

I would like to ask if we can change the below bitfields on the fly. If we can not, could you please provide the steps to change them correctly?

• CTRL1 register:

1. ODR
2. MODE
3. LP_MODE

• CTRL6 register:

1. FS (full scale selection)
2. LOW_NOISE

Welcome @keremk, to the community!

I see no reason why these bitfields of the AIS2IH should not be able to be changed at any time and on the fly.
