Compensate for Temperature Effects on IIS3DWB

I’m currently developing a vibration meter device and using the IIS3DWB accelerometer. I want to ensure that my acceleration data is as precise as possible. I’ve read that temperature can affect the accelerometer’s performance, so I’m looking for advice on how to compensate for temperature variations.
